Stellungnahme des HSV-Fanprojektes und des St.Pauli-Fanladens zu Übergriffen von HSV-Fans auf St.Pauli-Fans

In den vergangenen Wochen und Monaten ist es wiederholt zu Überfällen von HSV-Fans auf St. Pauli-Fans gekommen. Dabei wurden St. Pauli-Fans zum Teil schwer verletzt und ihnen ihre Fanuntensilien (Schal, Mütze etc.) abgenommen. Ein erkennbarer Fußballzusammenhang bestand bei keinem der Überfälle, im Gegenteil: egal an welchem Ort und zu welcher Zeit war es für die an ihren Klamotten erkennbaren HSV-Fans „Provokation“ genug, wenn sich St. Paulianer offen zu ihrem Verein bekennen. Vergleichbare Vorfälle gab es ebenfalls von Seiten der St. Pauli-Fanszene auf HSVer. Dass sämtliche Mitarbeiter beider Projekte sowie die Verantwortlichen des HSV Supporters Club dieses Verhalten scharf verurteilen, versteht sich von selbst. Selbst im direkten Umfeld des HSV-Fanhauses (Sitz des HSV-Fanprojektes) ist es in der Vergangenheit immer wieder zu Übergriffen, Angriffen und Pöbeleien von HSV-Fans gegen St.Pauli-Fans gekommen. Nach solchen Attacken haben sich beteiligte HSV-Fans ins Fanhaus zurückgezogen. Das ist für uns ebenfalls nicht hinnehmbar.

Das Fanhaus ist wie der Fanladen ein Ort, an dem die jeweilige Fanszene herzlich willkommen ist. Regeln besagen hier, dass weder in den Räumlichkeiten noch in dessen näherem Umfeld Gewalt- bzw. Straftaten begangen werden. Es soll gegnerischen Fans kein Grund gegeben werden, die Räumlichkeiten anzugreifen oder zu beschädigen, noch die Polizei veranlasst werden, Kontrollen oder Ermittlungen im Fanhaus und im Fanladen durchzuführen. Die beiden Einrichtungen sind für Fans geschützte Räume und sollen das auch bleiben.

Ebenfalls möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass sowohl das HSV-Fanprojekt als auch der Fanladen St. Pauli beide den selben Träger ‚Jugend und Sport’ haben. Solltet ihr also ein Projekt schädigen, gefährdet ihr auch das Pendant des Stadtrivalen. 

Außerdem fordern wir die Fans beider Lager auf, sich damit auseinander zu setzen, welchen Weg sie einschlagen wollen. Dass sich Menschen oder Gruppen wehren, wenn sie angegriffen werden, ist zumindest nachvollziehbar. Aber Fans, Fangruppen oder Unbeteiligte aus welchen Gründen auch immer zu attackieren und zu verletzen, ist absolut inakzeptabel. Wir sind sicher, die Mehrheit beider Fanszenen sieht das genau so. In diesem Sinne freuen wir uns auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit mit den Fangruppen.
